1. Company Overview

Ocala’s Best Handyman provides reliable, professional, and honest handyman services for residential and commercial clients. Our mission is to ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship, punctuality, and clear communication.


2. Scope of Services

We provide the following services:

  • General repairs (e.g., drywall, doors, and fixtures)
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Appliance installation
  • Furniture assembly
  • Remodeling (e.g., bathrooms and kitchens)
  • Concrete work and so much more…

3. Service Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday & Holidays: Closed (emergency services may be available upon request with a fee)

4. Booking and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked via phone, website, or email.
  • Confirmation: Clients will receive confirmation 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advanced.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Estimates: Free estimates are provided prior to starting work.
  • Rates: Hourly or flat-rate pricing depending on the service.
  • Payment Due: Upon completion of services.
  • Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments (e.g.,Zelle).

6. Materials and Supplies

  • Materials can be supplied by the client or purchased by us (materials fee will be added to the invoice).
  • Clients will be consulted before any purchases.

7. Safety and Conduct

  • We maintain a drug-free and professional work environment.
  • Tools and equipment are maintained to meet safety standards.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the work area is accessible.
  • Secure pets and valuables.
  • Notify us of any special instructions or property conditions.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is confidential.
  • We do not share or sell personal data.
